The Clos des 3 Rois privatized and transformed into a full perfectly maintained holiday cottage is entirely at your disposition ! You will be well situated and can easily take off and discover all of the gems of Anjou : The Royal Abbey of Our Lady of Fontevraud, the zoo and bio-park of Doué la Fontaine, Terra Botanica, the castle of Brissac, the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, the Rose Gardens, the cities of Angers, Saumur, or Cholet, and of course the richness of Anjou and Saumur wines ! You’ll have all the space you need to spend quality time with your family, friends, or even amongst professional colleagues. You’ll have access to a large and fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own meals, or if you would like to have a catering service. Thanks to the vast common areas, the perfectly maintained charming and comfortable rooms possessing their own bathrooms with separate toilets, each person can have some independence if and when desired. You can also make the most of the outdoor hut, where you can gather for a barbecue served à la plancha, or an apéritif accompanied by the chirping of the birds in the nearby aviary. If you’re staying here for a professional seminary : conferences or seminars can be held in the poolroom. If not, the poolroom is yours to use for any hobby or activity, even a playroom for the children ! Other possibilities during your stay: reading under the shade of a century old tree, swimming in the swimming pool according to the season, making the most of the sun and tanning on the deck chairs or sun chairs, play a game of pool, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, napping to your leisure, tasting the wines available in our cellar, taking long walks in the close by vineyards of the Layon valley, go fishing, make wonderful wine-related discoveries at the vineyards of our wine producing friends… There are many possibilities to make marvelous memories for years to come !
